Thomas Edward Dooley, 1943–2011, passed away on February 14. He was a graduate of the University of California at Santa Barbara, a founding member of the UCSB Sigma Chi chapter, and an Army veteran. He attended the University of San Diego Law School and practiced law in Indianaplis as a member of the California and Indiana State Bars.

Married to Martha in 1975, they have two sons, David and Tim, along with six grandchildren: Jessica, Connor, Sophia, Anna, Elena, and Isaac. He is also survived by his sister Jan and her husband Bob, of Austin, Texas, as well as many nieces and nephews.

Tom was a faithful husband, an honest and truthful man, and a follower of Christ. He was a lifelong swimmer, a soccer enthusiast, and a sailor, who was especially fond of babies and animals. He was a fun grandpa who loved to joke and wrestle with his grandchildren, and a thoughtful and caring father who taught by example how to be a man.

Tom, you will be missed.
